This morning, I ran uphill into a nasty headwind. π¨πββοΈ
No — not metaphorically — actually.
I was mid-stride when a strong gust of wind
lifted me up and pushed me back.
In that moment, I asked myself —
“why am I running today? It’s really awful weather.”
But I had clarity of purpose and good habits.
I kept pushing forward.
